Delivery and Return Policy

This Delivery and Return Policy regulates the terms and conditions regarding the delivery, activation, cancellation, and refund of software, digital services, subscriptions, installation, training, consulting, and similar services provided under the Payfoni brand.

Payfoni is a software service designed to help businesses manage various operational processes. Given the nature of the service, delivery is provided in a digital environment rather than through physical shipment.

2. Method of Delivery Services provided under Payfoni are delivered through the following methods:

  • Creation of the user account
  • Definition of relevant modules
  • Activation of the subscription package
  • Digital transmission of access credentials
  • Completion of system installation
  • Planning of requested supplementary services (online or on-site)

There is no physical product shipment; unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deliveries are carried out in a digital environment.

3. Delivery Time Delivery time may vary depending on the type of service purchased.

3.1. Standard Subscription Services Standard Payfoni subscriptions are generally activated shortly after the payment is completed. In cases requiring technical checks, verification, or additional configuration, the activation time may be extended.

3.2. Installation, Customization, and Integration Services For specialized installation, data transfer, integration, training, consulting, or project-based services, the delivery time is planned separately based on the scope of work, requested modules, data to be provided by the customer, and technical feasibility.

3.3. Delays Caused by the Customer If the customer fails to provide necessary information, documents, access, approvals, or technical infrastructure on time, the delivery time may be extended accordingly. Payfoni cannot be held responsible for such delays.

4. Commencement of Digital Service The customer acknowledges that the service may begin to be rendered digitally immediately after the purchase process. The opening of a user account, provision of panel access, module activation, license definition, initiation of the integration process, or commencement of work within the scope of the service constitutes the initiation of service provision.

5. Refund Policy The services provided by Payfoni are predominantly in the nature of digital content, software access, licenses, subscriptions, and project-based professional services. Therefore, refund evaluations are made according to the type of service.

5.1. Services Not Yet Initiated If the service has not been activated, the user account has not been opened, the license has not been defined, and no installation/work has commenced, the request may be reviewed by Payfoni, and a refund may be issued if deemed appropriate.

5.2. Activated Digital Services If the user account has been opened, access credentials have been delivered, the subscription has been initiated, the license has been activated, the installation has been performed, or the service provision has commenced, no refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3. Custom Development and Project-Based Services Refunds are not provided for custom development, integration, consulting, customization, training, data transfer, and similar services once work has begun. Labor, time, resources, and operational costs incurred for the started work are taken into account.

5.4. Partial Usage If the subscription or service period has begun and the customer has partially utilized the service, no automatic right to a refund for unused periods arises. Payfoni may, at its sole discretion, perform a partial evaluation as a commercial gesture; however, this is not an obligation.

6. Subscription Cancellation

  • Payfoni subscriptions may be monthly or yearly, depending on the selected package and contract terms.
  • Customers may cancel their subscription before the end of the term to stop the next renewal.
  • Unless otherwise stated, a cancelled subscription remains accessible until the end of the current billing period.
  • Collected fees for the current subscription period are not refunded if the service has been activated.
  • Early cancellation of annual packages does not automatically grant a right to a pro-rated refund.

7. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

  • If the customer experiences a technical issue, they must first create a support ticket. Temporary access problems, internet outages, issues originating from third-party services, device/configuration problems on the customer's side, or disruptions caused by integration providers do not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • Payfoni will make reasonable efforts to provide technical review and resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Third-Party Services Some features used within the Payfoni system may depend on third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, e-mail, SMS, payment, e-transformation, integration, cloud infrastructure). Delays, interruptions, quota overages, access problems, or price changes resulting from these services are not under the direct responsibility of Payfoni. If such third-party costs are billed separately, refund evaluations for those fees are made based on the nature of the specific service.

9. Regarding the Right of Withdrawal Within the scope of distance selling, the right of withdrawal provided by consumer legislation may be limited or inapplicable to digital content and services provided in an electronic environment that begin immediately upon performance. The customer acknowledges that upon granting approval for service performance and the commencement of the service, the scope of the right of withdrawal may be restricted or terminated. If the customer is a merchant, company, institution, or professional user, the transaction may not be considered a consumer transaction, and relevant provisions will be evaluated accordingly.

10. Method of Refund If a refund is deemed appropriate, the payment will be made via the original payment method used for the transaction, to the extent possible. Delays caused by banks, payment institutions, or intermediary service providers are outside the control of Payfoni.

12. Effectiveness These Delivery and Return Policy terms enter into force on the date of publication. Payfoni reserves the right to amend this text when deemed necessary. The updated text is valid as soon as it is published on the relevant website or service channels.
